About the Role
The Company is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its legal team. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic business partner, providing legal guidance and oversight to the Cyber and Gaming verticals. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with laws, mitigating legal risks, and supporting business objectives. Key responsibilities include leading the review, drafting, and negotiation of a variety of commercial contracts, providing strategic guidance for global commercial engagements, and handling complex IP and copyright matters. The Corporate Counsel will also be involved in stakeholder management, building strong relationships with the vertical leadership team, and acting as a trusted advisor. Applicants for the Corporate Counsel position at the company should possess a proactive, solution-oriented approach, and have a strong background in commercial law, contract negotiation, intellectual property management, and stakeholder collaboration.
