Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Controller for a well-established, growing company. This opportunity requires relocation to Gillette, Wyoming. The ideal candidate for the Controller position will be responsible for the financial aspects of a fast-moving start-up that blends the retro gaming culture with modern innovation.
Controller Qualifications and Responsibilities:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
•Build and oversee full-spectrum start-up accounting systems
•Implement financial controls, compliance structures, and reporting frameworks
•Manage budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting
•Oversee inventory valuation for custom parts and refurbished consoles
•Optimize payroll and HRIS using ADP
•Lead ERP development and integration (NetSuite experience highly preferred)
•Provide operational partnership to founders across product, production, and development pipelines
•Experienced in small-company and start-up accounting
•Skilled in process creation and operational scaling
•Able to move fluidly between strategy and execution
•Curious, flexible, and excited to learn about the gaming industry
Controller Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary range of $125K - $175K, based on experience
