We are an award-winning digital content studio and media network currently seeking a Content Strategist to join our Social Video Services team. Is this your next opportunity?

The Content Strategist ensures that department deliverables meet the highest standards and that we innovate on our creative output for top-tier clients. This role collaborates across all departments at Little Dot Studios and is key to establishing and maintaining our creative identity.

This role supports all creative content development within the SVS team, assisting platform managers and strategists to create content that outperforms benchmarks. Responsibilities include trend reports, proposals, playbooks, and competitive reports, aiming to elevate our content strategies. The role involves creating, optimizing, and distributing video content for YouTube and social platforms across various verticals. Mentoring platform managers interested in creative development and content strategy is also expected.

How You Will Spend Your Time


  1. Ideating creative video concepts for global brands on social platforms
  2. Using platform data, trends, and creative instincts to inform strategies
  3. Communicating and pitching ideas to teams and clients
  4. Creating eye-catching images, GIFs, and social posts
  5. Writing compelling, on-brand copy with appropriate tone and voice
  6. Using YouTube analytics to guide strategic decisions



What You Need To Succeed

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

  • 3+ years in social media or digital marketing
  • Remote work experience
  • Team management experience
  • Deep knowledge of YouTube and social video platforms
  • Understanding of YouTube analytics for creative decisions
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere; After Effects is a plus
  • Experience producing social videos (timecodes)
  • Highly creative, trend-aware, and digitally native
  • Strong communication skills
  • Client management experience
  • Attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Team player with a flexible, humorous attitude, interested in a start-up environment
  • Proficiency in other languages is a bonus
