Project Manager – Commercial Tenant Improvements (TI)

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager with a background in commercial tenant improvement projects. This role is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple fast-paced projects independently. Candidates local to Columbus are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial tenant improvement projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and property staff to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
• Provide accurate estimates and support budgeting efforts as needed.
• Oversee multiple projects at once, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders and teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in commercial construction, with a focus on tenant improvements.
• Minimum of 5 years in a project management role within the construction industry.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Skilled in construction scheduling and project management software.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
