We are hiring a full-time Class A Truck Driver with a $3,000 sign-on bonus (paid in two installments).

  • Based in Freeport, ME, with occasional project site deliveries across Maine and northern New England.
  • Responsibilities include loading, unloading, and mobilizing heavy construction equipment and materials, plus potential crane setup and breakdown.
  • Starting pay ranges from $28-$32/hour, plus mileage pay ($0.48-$0.63/mile).
  • Benefits include 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, life insurance, paid time off, and safety equipment.
  • Requirements:
    - Valid CDL A license
    - Ability to operate manual trucks and heavy equipment
    - Safe driving record, Maine DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
    - Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
    - Good understanding of safety regulations and instructions
    - English proficiency and residence in Freeport, ME 04032.
  • Applicants with criminal records are encouraged to apply. Successful employment for 60 days earns a $1,500 bonus, with an additional $1,500 after 120 days.
