Join Our Team as a Class A Truck Driver!

We are seeking dedicated individuals who are committed to safely transporting goods to our stores and customers. This role is essential to our distribution trucking operations, and you will be expected to perform all tasks adhering to our corporate policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive a truck to deliver goods to stores and customers.
• Follow all applicable safety standards set by federal, state, and corporate guidelines.
• Inspect the truck thoroughly before, during, and after trips, reporting any issues observed.
• Regularly check refrigeration trailers for proper functionality.
• Weigh, unload, and deliver merchandise at assigned stores.
• Pickup goods from vendor locations, ensuring accuracy in products and quantities loaded.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working various shifts, including weekends.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Utilize basic math skills for measurements and evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid Commercial Class A CDL driver's license.
• Meet all physical requirements outlined by the Federal Department of Transportation.
• Ability to travel independently and follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills involving multiple concrete variables.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service for both internal and external clients.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspond effectively.
• Experience in presenting information clearly in both individual and small group settings.
• Familiarity with trucking terminology and processes.
• Capable of backing 53-foot trailers safely into docks and vendor locations.
• Experience operating standard trucking equipment, including tractors and refrigeration units.
• Minimum of one year active driving experience is required, including one year of doubles experience or its equivalent.
