About the Role

The role demands a passionate and committed leader with a strong background in multi-site services, particularly in a top operations capacity. A metrics and analytics-oriented approach is essential, and experience in private equity and M&A is highly valued. The ideal COO for the company will have a proven track record of at least 15 years in a progressive career, with a focus on transforming and scaling businesses. The candidate should be adept at honoring the company's legacy while leading it into a future of growth and innovation. Responsibilities will include leading the company's operational strategy, overseeing the execution of the investment thesis, and working closely with the private equity sponsor to achieve the desired business outcomes. The role is pivotal in driving the company's success and requires a leader with a contagious will to win, who can inspire and lead the organization through this significant phase of development.
