As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with parents, staff, and schools to create personalized treatment plans that promote meaningful progress and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

• Conduct assessments, data collection, and analysis to inform treatment decisions

• Provide direct therapy services to children with autism, including one-on-one and group sessions

• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and consistent implementation of treatment plans

• Participate in team meetings and maintain accurate records of patient progress

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

• Earned Certificate in a relevant field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education)

• No experience as a BCBA (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply) needed.

• Ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to providing patient-centered care

Work Environment:

• Part-time schedule with competitive pay rate of $90 - $120 BI_WEEKLY
