Essential Duties Of The Apartment Leasing Agent Stand up, greet, qualify and close prospects. Assist in maintaining an active and effective social media presence for the property to enhance visibility and engagement. Promote resident satisfaction and retention by promptly responding to complaints, questions, and requests and taking appropriate actions to resolve service issues. Create social media content and marketing materials to promote the community. Generate traffic for the property by performing outreach. Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer service. Assist the property manager and leasing manager as needed. Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections. Verify applications and process paperwork. Maintain leasing for a 256-unit property. Required Skills And Experience Experience leasing conventional apartments (required); strong sales and leasing skills. Excellent customer service skills. Willingness to go above and beyond. Positive attitude, flexibility, and professional presentation. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. Benefits Competitive pay.
