Were looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is essential in supporting accurate invoicing, payment processing, financial reporting, and overall project financial health.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily AR activities: AR estimates, subcontractor pay apps, cash receipts & AR aging
Prepare subcontractor waivers and ensure compliance
Track and report days worked per project
Submit invoices and payments through DMS
Prepare monthly Prompt Payment Certificates
Support project closeout and financial reconciliation
Assist with daily finance operations as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience (construction preferred)
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
Strong attention to detail & organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proactive problem-solving skills
